METRUM COMMUNITY CREDIT UNION

Applications are being accepted.  Please read the instruction letter before filling out your applications for the credit union and the school loan.  If you have any questions, please contact Regina Ingalls in the school accounting office at 303.221.9170.

To apply for the STM Catholic Tuition Loan Program, please follow the appropriate directions listed below. Applications must be submitted to the school finance office, attention: Regina Ingalls by April 4, 2012. Your first payment will be due May 31, 2012.

NEW MEMBERS: To obtain a loan you must be a member (open an account with a required $25.00 minimum balance). There is also a $5.00 one-time processing fee.
• Complete the Member Account Agreement form. Please be sure to complete all pages. Use the link below to download the Member Account Agreement:

• Complete the MCCU STM Catholic School Tuition Application. (attached)
• You will need a check for $30.00 made out to MCCU.
• A copy of your driver's license(s) is also required for new members.
• Return all forms/copies and your check to the SCHOOL FINANCE OFFICE, attention: Regina Ingalls.

CURRENT MEMBERS: You only need to complete the
• MCCU STM Catholic School Tuition Application.
• Return the application to the SCHOOL FINANCE OFFICE, attention: Regina Ingalls.

Please note: If you have also applied for tuition assistance (TADS and/or ACE), please mark the appropriate box in the top portion of the application. This will save everyone a lot of unnecessary time redoing forms, etc.
