Our Parish
Since its establishment in June of 1971, Saint Thomas More Catholic Church has been a bright, radiant light within the archdiocese and the entire region. The parish community has distinguished itself as a vibrant, welcoming congregation with zeal for our Catholic faith and our parish mission to “Go and Make Disciples”. With more than 6,200 households (approximately 20,000 individuals), Saint Thomas More is the largest parish community in the Archdiocese of Denver.
Saint Thomas More is much more than just a place for Sunday Mass. Blessed with parishioners who are enthusiastically involved in our parish life, Saint Thomas More has programs and services running all day, every day of the week. The number of programs, ministries and organizations within the parish now exceeds 200, and they cover an extraordinarily wide range of needs and interests.
An average of twenty new members join Saint Thomas More each week. Many of these are drawn to our parish by a desire to be a part of a large, joyful and flourishing spiritual family. As such, we continue to nourish and support the growing and developing needs of the parish. Currently this care and commitment is being demonstrated through Our Jubilee Vision, a magnificent capital construction, renovation and remodeling project. This rejuvenation of our primary parish facilities is bringing with it fresh ideas and new opportunities for the future of our community.
