Tuition & Fees

The base tuition at STM Catholic for the 2011-2012 school year is $4,850 per Catholic student, and $5,850 per non-Catholic student.

Catholic families with more than one student enrolled will pay a reduced tuition rate based on the number of children enrolled. The first child is $4,850; second child is $4,650; all others are $4,450 each.

Fees due upon admittance include a registration fee of $200 per student, a testing fee of $35 per student, and a Home & School Association fee of $25 per family. The full year tuition payment is due on June 1st. The School does not accept credit cards for payment.

Financial Assistance

To help make an STM Catholic education as affordable as possible, the School has teamed with Metrum Community Credit Union (MCCU). A MCCU loan will enable you to meet the School's tuition payment requirement while also allowing you to manage your out-of-pocket costs with twelve monthly payments. MCCU Loan Application Forms are available in the school finance office.

For families requiring additional financial assistance, limited funds are available through the STM Catholic Endowment Fund. Our financial assistance policies are:

  1. Applicants must be registered, contributing members of St. Thomas More Catholic Church for a minimum of one year. Contributions can be verified either through the envelope system or cancelled checks.
  2. The maximum amount of financial assistance will be one-half the total tuition fee.
  3. If granted, financial assistance will be for the current academic year only.
  4. Applicants must verify their need by completing a Financial Assistance Application Form.
  5. All information submitted in Financial Assistance Application Form will be regarded as confidential.
  6. The Pastor must approve exceptions to the policy.
