A very warm and healthy “hello!” goes out to all of my students! I cannot tell you how much I miss our time together in the gym exercising and playing games. I miss interacting with all of you and I truly miss the smiles and laughter that I get each and every day at school.
Keep working hard on your schoolwork, being helpful and cooperative around the house, and of course… KEEP EXERCISING AND MOVING! It SO important to get outside when you can to enjoy the fresh air and sunshine, but no matter what it is you are doing, physical activity will help your overall mental health as well! (-:
