Happy Monday, everyone! I hope you all enjoyed the long weekend and had a wonderful time at Mane Event on Saturday night. We are so blessed to be a part of such an amazing community!!

We are continuing our daily Rosaries here at school for 40 Days for Life. If you and your family say a Rosary at any point this month, let me know and I will add you to the count. Thank you!
PLEASE REMEMBER THE READ THE BIBLE PROJECT IS DUE ON MONDAY, NOVEMBER 5TH!!!!!
In beginning our fractions unit last week, I quickly discovered that this class had several gaps in their foundational knowledge of fractions. Mostly, being able to identify factors of numbers. Because of this, I have delayed our unit on fractions and am continuing to fill the gaps with studying prime/composite numbers, divisibility rules, Greatest Common Factors, and Least Common Multiples. I am hoping to formally begin our fractions unit by the end of the week. Students will be having a quiz in the topics above on Friday, November 2nd.
We will be wrapping up chapter 4 today and tomorrow! Students will have an open NOTE test for this chapter so should be familiar with the notes we have taken in class. I do not have a specific date set for this test yet, but will most likely be early next week.
The chapter 2 test is tomorrow, Tuesday, October 30th. All students have a corrected study guide, and a Quizlet can be found at https://quizlet.com/_2o6uzv. Students are also working on their Help Wanted posters and those should be completed this week, with presentations on Wednesday and Thursday.
