Aloha and Welcome to Third Grade! This is going to be a fun-filled challenging year.  I have taught second grade for twenty-three years and this will be my third year in Third grade. I am looking forward to a fantastic year, filled with many challenges!

This will be a wonderful year for your child. Third graders will become more independent in their reading skills because now they are reading to learn, not learning to read. They will continue to develop their reading and literacy skills throughout the year. They will also become more responsible and make great strides socially and emotionally!

This year, your children will receive their First Communion and Confirmation. This is an exciting year for them!

Please feel free to contact me at school should you have any questions, concerns, or comments.

We are going to have an AWESOME-FUN-FILLED year!!!
